In the series of Good News one of the messages that didn’t get taught is the good news of generosity “you can’t outgive God”. There are so many passages that talk about the power of generosity. Here are two examples:
Deuteronomy 15:7-8
If anyone is poor among your fellow Israelites in any of the towns of the land the Lord your God is giving you, do not be hardhearted or tightfisted toward them. Rather, be openhanded and freely lend them whatever they need.
Proverbs 11:24-25
One person gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty.
25 A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.
God has been so good; you have been so faithful and generous and so many friends have been both kind and generous. Out of this kindness, generosity, and faithfulness we sit nearly halfway to with what is needed to build.
Ironically several of the churches we are in fellowship with are in building programs. Ordinary Faith with Michael and Kristy Maynard in Rock Springs, Summit Church in Sheridan with Alex and Lauren Williams and River of Life with Joe and Rachel Moon in Thermopolis are all soon to build. Ironically several of these churches have generously sown seed into Grace Fellowship financially.
We want to be a part of sowing seed outside of ourselves. Our Elder Team is setting the tone that we should not just be focused on ourselves as we seek to trust the Lord for the finances to build, but that we should be trusting God to accomplish His purposes through all of the churches. Join us in prayer for River of Life in Thermopolis as they seek to meet expensive fire regulations that must be met before they can move into their new building.

Dominican Republic Mission Trip
Our team of 14 (mostly students from the School of Ministry are getting ready to go to the Dominican Republic to build a house for the Angel Vargas Colon family. The Vargas Colon family with their two young girls, only have a borrowed place to lay their heads. We are going to change that.
If it is impossible for you to go but you want to be a part of it, we desire to purchase the family a stove, dinette set, a bed and a set of bunk beds. The cost of all of this is about $1,985 USD. If you want to be a part, simply mark a check or offering envelope Dominican Republic.
