The vote to authorize the Elders to sell the property (Brown House and Church Building) at such time as seems prudent with the intent to move forward in selling the Brown House was favorable with 87% of the voting members voting yes and 100% of the non-member attenders voting yes – for a total vote of 90% yes.
Everyone has had the opportunity to voice their opinions on the matter, so it is time now to put the rhetoric behind us and to do what mature believers do – move forward in unity. As your pastor, I want to challenge myself and all of us to heed the Apostle Paul’s admonition of 1 Corinthians 3 to not walk in a worldly manner. And to not behave like mere humans without Jesus, but to be people of the Spirit, (Check out 1 Corinthians 3:1-3).
One reason change is hard for me is it is difficult to envision something that I have never experienced. I believe God envisions much for us as the Grace Family. I am so excited that I get to make this journey with you and you get to make this journey with me. There is so much for us to learn together, to trust God for together. He’s got this moment and as we trust Him He will empower us for this moment.

Mexican Fiesta Dinner & Auction—September 9, 5:30-8:30 @ Bomber Mtn. Marietta Wright has donated 17 “Art from the Heart” drawings that will be auctioned.
