We Equip People For Action In Ministry
The mission of Grace Fellowship is for us to move from comfort to action to reach people for Christ so they can be discipled and equipped for ministry.
The leadership at GF strives to fulfill the call of Ephesians 4:12 to equip the saints for the work of the ministry because every member of the Body of Christ is vital to advancing the Kingdom of God on earth.
We engage people with dynamic worship and Biblical teaching meaningful for the days we live in, equip them with the knowledge of their spiritual gift areas and train them so they feel empowered to use their gifts.
Mission & Purpose
Mission
People Matter – You matter to us! We strive to be a place of love and encouragement to all who come through our doors, whether they are guests who have included us in their vacation plans to the beautiful Big Horn mountains, people who have been a part of GF for years or someone who is struggling and has nowhere else to go. We value you and your part in each service you attend, whether online or in person. Are you nervous about attending church for the first time? Don’t be. Grace happens here.
Spiritual Growth Matters – We want to equip you through knowledge of the Bible and the work of the Holy Spirit in your life to be ready to do the work God has called you to do. Are you afraid to let people know you have never opened a Bible before? Don’t be. Grace happens here.
Serving Matters – At Grace we believe that each member of the Body of Christ is necessary to meet the needs of our world so we encourage you to seek the Lord about what ministries He would have you be involved in, whether they be within the walls of the church our outside those walls, we strive to equip you to do them. Are you afraid to serve because you might mess it all up? Don’t be. Grace happens here.
Purpose
We believe that it is impossible to do the work God has called us to do without a strong Biblical foundation and reliance on the Holy Spirit. We also know that the world will not be reached with the gospel of Christ solely by the Pastor on stage each Sunday. They will be reached by a neighbor, coworker, friend or even a stranger who has been empowered by the Holy Spirit with gifts specifically for them. Grace Fellowship equips by training each of us in our gift areas so we can leave our comfort zone and go engage the world with confidence. We also believe that Buffalo, Wyoming is strategic to the work of the Kingdom of God in the last days and we need each member of the Body of Christ equipped to do the work that God prepared in advance for each one of us to do.

Next Steps
Statement of Faith
- We believe the Bible in its original manuscripts to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
- We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return in power and glory.
- We believe in the distinct personality of Satan, and that he is the originator of all sin and spiritual conflict.
- We believe that the salvation of sinful man is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
- We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling we, as Christians, are enabled to live a Godly life.
- We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the unsaved; that the saved inherit eternal life and the unsaved are sent to eternal damnation, through God, our Father’s own judgment.

We are passionate about worship, about hearing and growing from the teaching of the Word, about building strong relationships, and making a difference in Buffalo and all around the world. Who We Are
Our Team & Leadership
The GF Elders have put in place a leadership team that is passionate about God, about worship, ministry and serving the people of Grace Fellowship, Buffalo, and around the world through our online presence. Our leadership team loves doing life together, laughing, praying and thinking of the best ways to serve and do ministry. God has blessed GF with an amazingly gifted team.

Our Pastor: Paul Gilbert
Pastor
Paul Gilbert came to Grace Fellowship in 2014 as the lead pastor. Paul and his wife Marlyce are super-excited about living in Buffalo and leading the Grace Fellowship family. Paul attended Oklahoma Wesleyan University and Northwest Graduate School of Ministry (now Bakke Graduate University) where He received a D.Min.
He believes he is called, not only as an effective teacher, but also as an equipper. He believes the ministry of the church belongs to the whole Body of Christ and is excited to help each part of the body discover their giftedness. Paul is the author of Developing Your Kingdom Eyes, Intimacy Through Hearing and Thinking to Please God (scheduled to be released in February 2021). You can follow Paul on Facebook, Paul Gilbert Ministries or visit his website – PaulGilbertMinistries.com.
When not hanging out at Grace Fellowship, Paul and Marlyce love to stone and shell collect and travel.

She leads our worship teams with energy, anointing, and sensitivity to the Spirit. She is an equipper of students and adults in music but also in how to go deeper in the Scriptures and maximize their giftedness.
When she is not at Grace Fellowship, she has the life of a busy mom of three and looks forward to cross country ski dates with Scott in the winter and boisterous family hikes in the summer.

Sandy Danielson
Administrative Assistant & Director of Family Night
Sandy and her husband, Carl have lived in Buffalo since 1982 and have three grown children. Sandy serves as Director of Family Night and as Administrative Assistant .
When Sandy is not working at Grace Fellowship, she enjoys working with children in the community and as a seamstress. Time in the mountains with family is her favorite way to recreate.

Scott Berglund
Director of Children’s Church

Scott Berglund loves children and children love him! Scott has been a Pediatric Occupation Therapist for 20 years, has coached soccer for peewees all the way to high school varsity, and gives seminars around the country focused on Pediatric Vision Rehabilitation and Dyslexia. He has worked with children and youth in different church ministries for nearly the same length of time including being Director of Children’s Ministry at his previous church before returning to his hometown of Buffalo where he works as the OT for Johnson County School District #1. Scott’s extensive knowledge on how to teach children of all different levels and learning styles coupled with his desire for them to grow both in knowledge of the Bible and in their relationship with Jesus makes him an exciting and effective children’s minister.
In his free time, Scott enjoys all that the Big Horns have to offer, including hunting, fishing, hiking and skiing.

Kerri Chamberlain
Nursery Ministry Coordinator
Kerri and her husband Dennis and sons Matthew and Garrett moved to Buffalo in 2017. Since arriving in Buffalo Kerri has been a vital part of Grace Fellowship using her warmth and charm to make others feel welcome! One cannot be around Kerri long before seeing that she is not only gifted with kids, but genuinely cares about them. Kerri sees her role as Nursery Coordinator, not as babysitting, but from the earliest ages teaching babies and toddlers about the love of Jesus. Besides her ministry at GF Kerri works in Financial Services, and enjoys cooking, baking and spending time outdoors with her family.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are Grace Fellowship’s worship times?
Grace worships at 108 N. Burritt Ave. on Saturday at 5:30pm, Sunday at 9:30am and then Family Night (meal and Bible teaching) on Wednesdays at 5:30pm (Family Night is located at Bomber Mountain Civic Center, 63 N. Burritt Ave.)
How do you celebrate communion?
We practice an open communion at Grace Fellowship, so everyone is welcomed to participate. Our only caution is that communion be approached with humility and prayer as the Bible teaches. We typically serve communion the first weekend of each month and do not serve it the same way each time, because receiving communion should be a reminder of God’s love, not a religious tradition.
Who makes the decisions?
Our leadership team of Elder’s along with the Pastor serves to provide spiritual and fiscal guidance. This team makes the final decisions on most matters. Our elders are elected through a congregational vote from the membership.
What is your worship like?
We believe that worshipping God is the main event and one of the primary reasons we gather. We tend to be blended and upbeat in style with a few hymn but mostly we sing music that lifts our hearts to praise and worship God. We love worship that stirs the soul.
How should I dress?
Come as you are. Some ladies wear dresses, but most wear slacks or jeans. Seldom do any of the men wear ties, but either dress pants or comfortable jeans. We are too casual to worry about how anyone dresses.
Is There Pressure to Give an Offering?
We do not believe anyone should ever be coerced to give, so at Grace Fellowship we do not pass offering plates. Seldom is anything said about money. We simply have giving boxes on the wall near the exits of the Worship Center (our gathering place). God has been faithful to provide for us so Grace Fellowship is debt free through the generosity of our church family
Do I need to become a member?
Once you begin to attend Grace Fellowship, we assume God brought you to us and consider Grace Fellowship as your church home. We do offer Next Step Classes (membership class) to learn more about our doctrine, core values, and our amazing history (started in a train car). Membership opens the door to greater service in the church.
Can I get prayer?
Absolutely, someone is available after each service to pray. Should you desire to give your heart to the Lord, someone is available to help and explain that. If you would like someone to pray and agree with you about something let us know.
